Welcome to the Lancashire Learning Agreement Pilot homepage

The Learning Agreement Pilot, which began on 1st April 2006, came to an end on 31st March 2009.

The Lancashire Pilot was consistently the leading Learning Agreement Pilot in the country and over the three years achieved:

3,474 sign ups to learning

2,494 young people starting learning

9,000 young people contacted and learning discussed

Involvement of 1,643 employers
