About Us
The Learning Agreement Pilot is an £8.8million government funded initiative, introduced to help 16 - 17 year olds in Lancashire who regularly move from jobs without training to unemployment and back again.
The scheme has been set up to support these young people and their employers by offering free accredited training.
The Learning Agreement Pilot is delivered in Lancashire by CXL.
